Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner

First line support for tracker for the repair shops

Assist in preparing unbilled repair report

Assist in updating repairs within tracker

Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly

Maintaining file system of invoices

3-5years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred

Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen

Day to day responsibility for all hardware deliverables to include hardware installs (rack/stack), network cabling and decommissioning.

Smart Hands work to include hardware (break/fix), troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacement of hardware components.

Position will be night hours from 7pm - 7am 4 nights one week then 3 nights next week.

Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with an emphasis on rapport building

Prior experience working in a technology environment a plus

Prepare metrics and reporting for senior management

Manage all back office settlement and control processes

A good understanding in fixed income derivatives is required with prior experience of a trade support role highly beneficial.

An in depth knowledge of how derivatives trade, price and life cycle events impact the firm.

Proven analytical and problem solving skills, alongside the ability to assimilate and learn quickly

Reconcile all positions and products on a daily basis

Communicate with clients, customers and upper level management utilizing provided software

Knowledge of general tax regulations, compliance, and tax payments
