Role - Investment Associate

Harpoon is seeking an associate to support our growing organization. Candidates should be knowledgeable in financial markets and emerging technology, uniquely experienced and biased toward action and results. You will work directly with the investment team to support specific aspects of pre and post-investment workflow. This role will be demanding – consisting of market and technical research, investment diligence, and other activities critical to informed decision-making. You will play an integral role in scaling our organization’s key functions in a way that presents an incredible opportunity for professional growth. You will gain first-hand exposure to the top enterprise startups, VC firms, and limited partners. This is a great opportunity for individuals with investment banking, private equity, or relevant consulting experience.

Compensation: $150k + healthcare, PTO, and retirement plan

Location: San Diego (Harpoon HQ). This is an in-person and full-time position with occasional travel required.
