Disability Evaluation Coordinator Sr Jobs

Management, development, and maintenance of marketing files and databases including project sheets, marketing collateral, staff resumes, and project photography.

Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant information.

Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationship with senior management.

Familiarity with website content management systems and social media platforms.

Social Media and Online Presence Management

Coordinate and manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online directories.

Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Ensure the accuracy of marketing contact lists and effectively update as necessary the client relationship management marketing platform (Hubspot.)

2+ years of increasingly responsible experience in marketing, journalism, public relations or marketing communications required.

Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

Intermediate knowledge of social media marketing platforms, public relations and blog best practices.

Excellent writing and communication skills; applicable writing samples will be requested for submission.

Experience with Wordpress or other Content Management Systems a plus

Launch and manage a client, prospect, and partner newsletter

1-3+ years of marketing experience, for a strong B2C or B2B brand a plus

Excellent writing/editing skills with ability to write short-form, external-facing content

Experience creating and upholding brand guidelines

Experience in creating content across multiple formats and for multiple audiences

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

Prior experience working directly with clinical providers a plus
