Job Summary
Price Benowitz, LLP currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the coordination and implementation of many of the firm's marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will manage various projects and campaigns for the firm such as newsletters, client outreach campaigns, events, swag, website audits, link building projects, and a variety of other tasks related to the firm’s marketing efforts. This position requires a candidate with strong project management skills who is truly passionate about the different aspects of marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Obtains client testimonials
- Leverages data to gauge content themes, topics, and effectiveness. Define key metrics and provide analytics and make recommendations based on those results.
- Works directly with Firm Management to develop and implement game-changing marketing strategies that align with our goals, vision and core values (Passion, Integrity, Excellence)
- Curate social media content.
- Coordinates and takes part in marketing campaigns via various channels including online, search, print, email, video, all social media and live experience.
- Maintain and build client outreach program
- Collaborates with management to determine and implement marketing initiatives, both short and long-term, helping determine which methods work and why.
- Coordinates and schedules client testimonial interviews.
- Keeps track of statistics for the firm
- Coordinates the content and distribution of eNewsletters
- Ensures that all aspects of marketing for the firm, communications, and community relations are addressed and working effectively, raising concerns to management when appropriate
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, web publishing, Flash, etc. is a plus
- Editorial skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Familiarity and experience with principles of marketing
- 2+ years of marketing of project management experience required
- Familiar with social media posting including scheduled posts
- Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Video editing experience is a plus
