Position Title: Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital & Design
Location: US: Remote
Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager, Digital and Design is responsible for leading and upholding the company’s brand image and identity across all digital and print materials. This position provides creative leadership on and upholds the company’s brand standards throughout the execution of all marketing materials, including email templates, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and trade show materials. Under the direction of the Director of Brand Management, this role oversees the implementation of the strategy and optimal approach to execution for the company’s website and marketing automation platform; the incumbent will be responsible for identifying the brand channel opportunities available to Ever.Ag and using them to maximize the company’s brand image and marketplace awareness.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead brand management and quality control for digital marketing and multimedia asset creation, ensuring consistency of brand standards at every touchpoint
· Collaborate with Marketing team members to help create and manage on-brand assets (content and visual designs) for a variety of uses: website, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, marketing campaigns, online collateral, and print materials
· Optimize website user experience to drive traffic and generate leads while executing on SEO best practices
· Management of platforms such as Marketo, ensuring best practices are in place and operations are as streamlined as possible
· Partner with team to develop automated marketing campaigns from concept through execution
· Monitor performance of digital marketing initiatives and report on results
· Other applicable duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customers/prospects
- Well-versed in using social media strategies to attract
- Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Video programs such as Wistia, Animaker, iMovie
- Collaborative team player experienced in leading colleagues either directly or through influence
- 8+ years of brand management, marketing, or relevant experience
- Experience using Web programs such as WordPress, Divi Builder, Yoast SEO, Google Analytics, Flywheel Hosting
- Strategic thinker and digital storyteller – has demonstrated success in using web-based channels (websites and social media) to communicate the value of a brand, its products and solutions, and its subject matter experts
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe, Illustrator, Adobe Stock
- Knowledgeable user of website analytics tools·
- Experience with MA/CRM such as Marketo (Knak), Salesforce
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
