We are a dynamic and growing company, seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The team is responsible for delivering an extensive range of financial services to bolster our global operations. As a Sr. Financial Analyst , you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing data, and supporting various finance-related processes.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and ensure adherence to sales and accounting policies and procedures.
• Serve as an active member of the greater Operations’ team and help with priority activities as needed.
• Perform financial activities related to shared services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Review and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of finance-related policies and procedures.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring Along:

• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, Bill.com, Expensify) preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) working in finance or accounting, preferably in a technology company or corporate finance environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

$106,000 — $183,000 USD
Washington State - Full Salary Range
$95,400 — $165,150 USD
General US Remote Salary Range
$90,100 — $156,000 USD
Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC - Salary Range
$95,400 — $165,000 USD
Seattle, WA - Full Salary Range
$95,400 — $165,150 USD
Compensation
