The Content & Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and implementing content and marketing strategies for our restaurants. The coordinator will work across Momofuku's global and local accounts to bolster the brand image of Momofuku. The coordinator will establish and manage reporting and analysis to drive continued success for the company.

The Content & Marketing Coordinator will work within the brand team and report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Momofuku Restaurants.

Compensation Band: $28 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture a network of influencers to increase awareness of Momofuku's restaurants and partnerships.
• Maintain the Momofuku restaurant editorial calendar with upcoming promotions, editorial stories, and launches, as well as day-to-day postings on social media platforms with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Hire outside photographers and videographers to capture content for Momofuku's social media channels on various social media platforms.
• Continuously research and explore new social media and marketing features and trends to anticipate and inform relevant content and best practices for telling stories online on various social media platforms.
• Develop and implement a strategic social media and marketing plan that reflects our restaurants' content and marketing goals, to drive business growth at our restaurants, delivery platforms, and partnership activations.
• Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Occasionally capture image and video in our spaces as well as executing daily in-feed posting and regular content for Instagram stories, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter pages. A background in professional food photography or video is a plus.
• Provide detailed analysis, monitoring, tracking and reporting on the performance of social channels, as well as native reporting through Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant marketing, with experience in social media preferred
