Job Description

Our client, a top beauty company, is looking for a Freelance Social Media Community Coordinator. This is a temp to perm opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a weekly creative analysis where we discuss as a team what is performing, what isn't and what’s trending + brainstorm.
  • Create social first content in the beauty lab that is also used by global social accounts and digital.
  • Attend offsite shoots to get BTS and model video content to leverage across brand's platforms
  • Provide analysis and outcomes for paid media campaigns
  • Influence beauty lab product shoots with data driven insights.
  • Research influencers for potential partnerships to broaden brand's reach
  • Respond to consumers DM’s, messages and comments in real time
  • Provide analysis and recommendation for improvement around all social engagement and branded content
  • Recap all social campaigns with insights and key learnings.
  • Create weekly IG stories for the brand
  • Publish content across brand's organic social media channels
  • Track and analyze performance of content across social channels + Digital weekly and monthly


Required Qualifications:


  • Extensive knowledge of social media functions
  • 4 year degree in a related field
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous social media experience
