Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team at City Facial Plastics. This role will require someone who has experience in managing and growing various social media platforms, as well as marketing medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for two YouTube channels, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn

Create and edit content for social media platforms

Optimize the channels for growth and publish digital videos across multiple endpoints, being critically aware of the appeal of content, how it is recommended, and clicked on.

Publish posts on a regular, scheduled basis

Write titles and descriptions for videos, images, etc

Use analytics and data to inform content strategy and optimize posts for engagement

Monitor monetization effectiveness

Continuously monitor and proactively optimize library content

Partner on and implement commerce initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh ideas and insights to the team

Perform business analytics and develop marketing strategy to expand practice outside of social media

Brand development and promotion for various skin and haircare products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience

Interest and/or experience in the fields of medicine/plastic surgery or beauty industry is ideal

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Advanced understanding of the social media algorithms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00+ per year
