• For candidates based in IL/WI (within travel distance), this will be a hybrid role and the ideal candidate will be required to work on-site at our office in Lake Forest, IL for 2 days. Fully remote candidates are also welcome to apply.*

Position Overview: Our Voluntary Benefits business unit is growing and currently looking for an Implementation Coordinator. This role will work in conjunction with the Customer Success Manager and Implementation Managers for existing case reenrollments. The core responsibility of this position is gathering and inputting all required information needed to setup and implement re-enrolling cases into our key administration systems. In addition, this person will assist with implementation and client services reporting and service assistance as needed.

This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and the individual can sit anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages client implementation project plans for existing implementations.
• Establishes self to producers and enrollment partners as point of contact for standard reenrollment case set-up
• Assist in answering questions related to data entry for cases they are assigned
• Generate rate sheets, as needed, for assigned cases during implementation
• Run implementation-related reports assigned during implementation
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process
• Handle non-implementation related requests upon assignment by management; non-implementation requests may include but are not limited to ad hoc reports, rates sheets, project support work, etc)
• Order enroller supplies ensuring shipping guidelines are followed

Qualifications

• Ability to solve problems and escalated when appropriate to ensure swift resolution
• Ability to take initiative and be creative with solution while still maintaining high quality standards
• Solid analytical skills and detail oriented
• Solid interpersonal effectiveness. Ability to develop relationships and handle conflict with external and internal parties
• Strong organizational skills using a disciplined approach to activities and projects; ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time within tight timeframes
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of comparable Voluntary/Worksite marketplace experience.
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, which may include occasional weekend travel.
