Job Description

Precision Value & Health brings specialized expertise to­­ every juncture of the innovation and commercialization continuum. Each PVH team harnesses data-driven evidence and real-world experience, working independently and in tandem to provide expertise in value realization, market-access strategies, research generation, brand adoption, and medical communications throughout the commercial life cycle. To assist with our ongoing success, we are hiring a Senior Vice President HR.


The Senior Vice President HR is a member of the management responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and tactical HR services as well partnering with the business to translate business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. The Senior Vice President HR is a business partner, coach, mentor and advisor to the leadership team. He/she is responsible for the overall talent needs to meet the complex demands of growth while maintaining high talent, engagement, performance and culture goals of the organization.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee exit process, conduct exit interviews with senior staff, support HRGs in managing involuntary terminations and negotiations.
  • Create and execute onboarding processes designed to accelerate new employees’ successful integration and productivity.
  • Analyze trends in relevant metrics and provide to management with recommendations.
  • Develop the HR team; assess capabilities and create an integrated set of expectations and accountabilities.
  • Provide advice and guidance in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations; interpret policy where needed.
  • Identify training needs and solutions; support company-wide efforts and develop business-specific programs as needed.
  • Work with leadership to create clear and compelling career paths and programs to support top performers in advancing their careers.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives to changing needs of the business and ensure programs align with culture.
  • Understand the talent needs of the business and identify issues before they become problems.
  • Support the implementation & execution of performance management and career development processes.
  • Provide leadership for total rewards including compensation planning and annual review, annual incentive administration and other incentive and recognition programs.
  • Provide insight and pragmatic solutions to support pre & post acquisition integration.
  • Monitor morale and engagement, support management with information and recommendations.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of fifteen years working in human resources with seven plus years’ management
  • Business and financial acumen; strong analytic skills
  • Change management skills demonstrated by ability to engage others and gain buy-in through influence in order to achieve goals
  • Understanding of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling
  • Successful record of building a positive culture and aligning people processes with business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships
  • Flexible and innovative
  • Deep and broad understanding of human resources management including principles of recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, organization effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional customer service orientation


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in high growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • M&A due diligence and integration
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO or life sciences environment
  • International


Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 - $250,000 USD
