Beauty Concept Brands is growing! We are behind the brands Skin Gym (skingymco.com) + PaintLab (paintlabbeauty.com). Our brands are sold in retailers such as ULTA, Walmart, Urban Outfitters , Nordstrom and more! We make everything from beauty tools to skincare to nails. We love creating cool, innovative products and showcasing them to our community.
Who You Are:
We're looking for a driven, passionate, and highly organized Social Media Manager who will work closely with our marketing manager and our marketing coordinator to help grow our social media reach. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the beauty landscape in social media and has experience working for a brand or an agency.
About the Team & Role:
We are a small-team, our marketing team includes a marketing manager and marketing coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter, has excellent writing and organization skills, strong people skills, and has a passion for growing communities.
This person will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Skin Gym and PaintLab Social, Influencer and Community tactics. They will own building social calendars from the ground up, get approval on completely prepped social posts, push posts live on time, community manage, gather social analytics, conduct outreach on influencer gifting, gather rates for influencer partnerships, track and capture influencer posts, create weekly/monthly reports for social and influencer data, join all pertinent meetings and be a strategic and tactical partner to the rest of the team on a daily basis.

conversations and solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
- You always act in a professional manner and can interact with high caliber talent and their teams in order to represent the client accordingly.
- Keen eye for details, strong organizational skills and passion for documentation and process. Proficient with Google Docs, Excel and MS Word. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus.
- You have a desire to learn and grow within the team.
- You have the ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines.
WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO:
Keep things moving across all social and influencer marketing channels
- Work on building social content decks with franchises from the social strategy for the approval process.
- Carry over all content from decks to Asana tasks and assign to the correct person
- Content
- Oversee community and like and comment on all tagged posts, respond to all DMs, post on relevant social posts that the brand can show up on, respond to all DMs under community management guidelines, repost influencer/consumer content, etc.

- Shoot any low lift content on iPhone for Instagram / TikTok
- Coordinate copy and creative assets into respective social decks.
- Pull weekly / monthly analytics and deliver to the team
- Assist on social shoot production with the rest of the team
- Ensure all posts go up at the correct time / on time.
- Ensure all content gets approved by correct parties
- Influencer / PR
Build evergreen and launch outreach lists
- Send all products to community/influencer/pr
- Build out call agendas for your one on ones as well as weekly status calls
- Operations
- Maintain relationships with influencers through social engagements and communications.
- Coordinate with clients for fulfillment of gifts
- Ensure all social stats are up to date to be presented (weekly and monthly)
- Track expenses
- Gather addresses and collect them
- Partner with the performance marketing team to help identify, contract and leverage social/influencer content for paid efforts/campaigns
- Track all posts, capture the posts, log and link to the influencer / editors tracking list
- Conduct outreach to all influencers within the lists in a timely manner
- Track and respond to information flow, slack and emails in a timely and accurate manner
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience using general social media outlets
- A consistent and open communicator; not afraid to ask questions
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Strong listening skills and the ability to carry a conversation without sharing too much information in regards to the company or personal relations.

Salary And Benefits
- Employee Salary Band: $65,000 - $75,000
