Job Description

Allermi isa women-led consumer health startup on a mission to revolutionize allergy care. Compared with one-size-fits-all allergy medications in the drugstores, Allermi offers the world’s first customized nasal spray that combines multiple active ingredients to target all of a patient’s symptoms in one single bottle.


Approximately 110 million Americans suffer from nasal congestion and rhinitis yet only 30% of those consumers are satisfied with existing allergy medications. Allermi provides a personalized solution with over 95% of patients reporting superior relief.


Patients also receive ongoing care by our allergy care team from top medical schools including Stanford, Harvard, and Cornell through our custom-built app - offering a truly comprehensive treatment plan. We are currently available in 28 states and counting.


The Opportunity:


We’ve been growing rapidly since our launch in 2022 and closed our seed round earlier this year to fuel our expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early employee and help potentially build the next Curology or Hims & Hers (for allergy care). We’re looking for someone who is excited about our mission, has a growth mindset, a self-starter who is able to take feedback well, and wants to get their hands dirty at an early-stage startup. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.


Responsibilities:


Social Media & Community

  • Own content calendar for all social with a focus on TikTok short-form video
  • Regular reporting of social media analytics and partnership efforts
  • Build strategy based on testing, learnings, and data
  • Create educational and engaging content in collaboration with our allergists
  • Assist with customer support through social media channels
  • Manage and grow our Allermi Community & Facebook Group


Influencers/Partnerships/PR

  • Build partnerships with a diverse set of brands, influencers, and content creators
  • Develop creative briefs, negotiate terms, draft contracts for campaigns
  • Outreach to various media outlets, blogs, podcasts for PR and link building
  • Coordinate collaborations including livestreams, promotions, giveaways, etc.


Brand & Design

  • Support with optimizing our Shopify store and other ongoing A/B testing to drive acquisition and improve retention of existing subscribers
  • Assist with designing marketing assets, creatives, landing pages, etc.
  • Level up our branding and messaging across all channels/platforms
  • Gain deep understanding of our target customers


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of DTC/CPG marketing experience in the health & wellness space
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Hungry to learn and grow at an early-stage startup
  • Data and results-driven approach to work
  • Detail-oriented and organized (experience with ClickUp is a plus)
  • Strong design skills (proficiency with Canva) and video editing skills (TikTok, Capcut, etc)
  • Big plus: Personal experience with allergies
