Social Media Manager (Skincare Client)

*Must be located in Los Angeles & must love SOCIAL MEDIA!* Are you obsessed with following the beauty market, and up to date on the latest skincare marketing trends? Do you LIVE on social media and LOVE creating TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts?

We have a role available for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in a part time role leading Social for a brand new, groundbreaking luxury skincare brand emerging from Finland. You will work under our founder Hannah to develop, plan, and execute all content, messaging, and influencer/gifting strategy, across all social media channels.

In this competitively paid role you will have the opportunity to hone your talent for shaping brand identity through social media and directly influence thedigital growth and retail distribution direction of a new skincare brand. To qualify, you must have extensive experience owning all areas below:

🤳 Shooting, editing & assembling videos to be published on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest

🤝 Brokering influencer and ambassador/affiliate partnerships

🗣️ Speaking as admin/community manager on client social channels

In addition, you will have the optional opportunity to support Banana Brands and the development of creative production skills through:

🛍️ Shopping! (Say what..?) We are a creative studio at the core, and offer unlimited styling with all deliverables. This means we're constantly on the hunt for #aesthetic props, interesting backdrop materials, and raw ingredients to support social media shoots

🎨 Learning how to prepare creative materials for productions: mood boards, project briefs, creative direction presentations, shot lists, call sheets, legal documents, etc. as it pertains to your client (this undisclosed skincare brand)

💻 Part Time (OK to maintain a 9-5) plus Remote or Hybrid flexibility: this role can be remote (self-managed schedule, team collaborative tools) and occasionally onsite (working out of your desk in LA as-desired and joining the banana team on-location at photoshoots & video shoots around LA approx. 1-2x/mo.)
