POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Accompany Business Managers as needed to regional events, job walks or pre-qualification meetings
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
• Facilitate pursuit kick-off meetings and shortlist interview preparation sessions
• Develop and maintain employee resumes
• Interface with vendors (printers, photographers) as necessary
• Support the collection and maintenance of project and client database (Cosential/Unanet CRM)
• Assist in planning and file storage of project and personnel photography
• Assist with development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets for business unit
• Serve as a brand steward
• Coordinate development and quality production of marketing collateral, including brochures, qualification packages, proposals, interview presentations, etc.
• Work as a team player in a collaborative environment against multiple deadlines
• Provide follow-up, clarity and communication for each stage of marketing production assignments
• Maintain quality control over output of proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, interview materials, etc.

Minimum Skills Or Experience Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written English language skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Minimum five years Marketing Coordinator experience supporting the AEC industry
• Effective interpersonal skills
• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
• Reliability, dependability and flexibility
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Compensation Range

Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $48.00
