We are looking for an expereinced Recruiter to join our team. Experience recruiting across all corporate functions is desired.

Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, EMP and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter collaborates with the Sarnova management team to attract exceptional talent across all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for facilitating the full recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and new hire onboarding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source for talent (active open positions and talent pipeline).
  • Draft and extend employment offer packages.
  • Utilize your experience to effectively recruit external talent for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain candidate database with a focus on creating a candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate interview schedules.
  • Identify appropriate and effective external recruiting sources for candidates ensuring diverse candidate slates with an eye on building talent bench strength.
  • Facilitate post-interview candidate debrief session with interview panel.
  • Determine appropriate compensation package in collaboration with hiring manager.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers on a timely basis.
  • Screen candidates and conduct first round phone interviews.
  • Draft internal and external job postings.
  • Draft position profiles in collaboration with the hiring manager.
Skills/Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience.
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills; with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or relevant experience.
  • Strong interviewing skills, ability to determine candidate “fit”, successfully working with hiring managers.
  • Agency recruiting experience highly desirable.
  • Significant recruiting skills including strong sourcing experience focused on locating passive candidates.
  • Computer skills in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong customer service and follow up skills.
  • Experience recruiting Sales Professionals is highly desired but not required.
  • Experience recruiting for a wide variety of levels within an organization from front line associate to management level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work with a sense of urgency.
