Job Description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. The Fresher Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and develop your skills in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, and referrals.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with the TA team in preparing MIS reports.

Qualifications:

- BTech / MBA Fresher (2021- 23 Passouts only)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
