Senior Project Analyst Jobs

SCB is a fast-growing management consulting firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst with a human capital background located in the Washington D.C. area.

Project Analysts are key members of our team that are instrumental for delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for organizational transformation, culture building, training, and skill building in sub-organizations of 5-20 people
• Conduct research and present findings/recommendations (PowerPoint)
• Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics, challenges and solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans based on logical framework approaches
• Independently draft client communication content (newsletters, briefings)
• Facilitate in-person client sessions to build culture, strengthen interconnections within teams, probe issues, and encourage discussion of working relationships
• Draft presentations and briefings (Powerpoint)
• Create and manage documentation and reports with the highest level of professionalism / accordance with company standards
• Develop and maintain project budgets

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or related field
• Ability to foster dialogue through insightful questions
• Flexible to work long hours and/or weekends, as required, to meet project deadlines
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently (e.g., while facilitating)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-through abilities
• Excitement to work in a dynamic environment, have a client-facing role, and take initiative
• Proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational, research, and reporting skills
• 3 to 5 years experience in consulting, organizational development, or a related field
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
• Experience with training delivery/creation, employee engagement programs, and writing talking points
• 5 to 7 years experience in consulting, organizational development, or a related field
• Master’s Degree in business, communications, or related field
