Biotechnology Senior Project Manager

Contract Length: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Remote

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified Project Manager (i.e. PMP)

• Expert in Smartsheet or similar project management system

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and/or Quality

• **** STRONG COMMUNICATION is a MUST. This person will be working with executives/ VPs on a daily basis and running point in a lot of meetings need to be comfortable speaking and projecting info to high level leadership
• Experience in Quality (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems)
• Self-driven
• Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet highly desirable
• Ability to cultivate collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interface across all levels of the organization
• Able to work independently
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Apply standard Project Management tools and practices
• Master’s degree with 4 or more years of project management experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of project management experience.
• Workshop planning and facilitation skills
