Senior Project Analyst Jobs

Lead as the finance single point of contact for the investment business case, centralizing accounting, tax, treasury, and corporate finance requirements

Knowledge of Tax Equity structures and IRS requirements

Manage multiple parties including banks, consultants, lawyers as well as internal stakeholders to bring transactions to successful close

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering

Masters, MBA, CFA, CPA, and/or equivalent certifications are an advantage

Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis

Experience in use of project management/planning software

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline

Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems

Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills

Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills

● Knowledge of project management and workflow establishment.

● Basic knowledge of financial market products.

● Basic Python programming skills appreciated.

● Promote the necessary creation, modifications and adjustments in onboarding guidelines for sales.

Project Management Professional Certification, or equivalent (Preferred)

NOTE: This position is NOT related to IT or software project management.

Experience leading/managing a team supporting multiple workstreams (minimum of 8 years of experience preferred)

Strong coordination and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders

Demonstrated experience delivering against deadlines

Demonstrated critical thinking and flexibility in supporting emergent requirements

Defining and creating user stories for IT, based on translating complicated requirements out of customer solicitations and RFPs

Capturing and calculating business benefits, both quantitative and qualitative

Three or more years of relevant work experience

Project managing multiple IT projects at any given time

Interfacing with cross functional counterparts daily

Strong understanding of project management and data analysis

Identify opportunities for organizational transformation, culture building, training, and skill building in sub-organizations of 5-20 people

Create and manage documentation and reports with the highest level of professionalism / accordance with company standards

3 to 5 years experience in consulting, organizational development, or a related field

Exceptional organizational, research, and reporting skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-through abilities

Minimum of 5 years of project support experience. Additional 4 years of experience will substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Must have experience creating, reviewing, editing & formatting documents (e.g., proposals, manuals, presentations, etc.).

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Developing domain classes and database access methods, utilizing Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and Java Message Service (JMS);

Creating technical design and unit test case documents to track test cases and issues, utilizing Confluence, Jira, and Cherwell; and

Resolving defects through defect resolution processes, utilizing Jira and Cherwell.

Coordinate project management, architectural and engineering design, construction, and move management tasks for multiple new facility and renovation projects.

Advanced computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8-9+ years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of design/construction methodologies and processes with on-site experience.

A working understanding of budget and schedule management.

Manage a team of project managers and engage external support for more complex endeavors.

Must have knowledge of working with databases, data management systems, and/or tracking systems

Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of administrative or project assistant experience, electronic record keeping, managing, and organizing skills

Adobe Professional, data-management software, scanner, and copy machines

Experience drafting letters, reports, and agendas

Must have excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills

Must have excellent teamwork, filing, proofreading, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Project management skills, research, communication, and finance training.

Transaction experience, reviewing finance documents, modeling

Process management, analysis, establish procurement accounts,

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent required. Master’s degree or CFA a plus.

Experience in Change Management, integration and/or program management experience preferred

Strong communication skills; ability to structure documents and presentations to effectively communicate with teammates and senior management.

Support communications and change management activities and issues.

Coordinate regular program management meetings and working sessions, including status reports, reporting, minutes, action items and follow-ups.

3+ years of business analyst and/or junior project management in the Risk, Audit, or Compliance industry required

Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
