Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Our ideal candidate shall have hands-on experience working at semiconductor frontend (Fabs) or backend (Assy & Test) factories with proven experience in improving shop floor performance, a strong project execution attitude is expected. A candidate will be able to create a plan of action to deliver concrete results which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluated risks. This individual should also have experience managing people, driving client teams to deliver results and be an effective leader and communicator. Experience in semiconductor industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of projects and deliver results

• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan

• Assess risks and establish contingency plans

• Drive cross-functional teams to execute better and deliver project results

• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications (Musts)

• Bachelor's or Masters in engineering degrees (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical)

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Fabs in relevant fields - Process engineering, Equipment engineering, Industrial engineering, fab operations, production management

• Demonstrated ability to deliver proven performance results

• Strong communication skills

• Experience leading teams
