About the role

We are seeking an amazing ambassador to bring unparalleled expertise to our digital transformation projects. Our Consultants are a critical component of our organization in driving a positive customer experience resulting in high customer satisfaction. Your superpower? You’re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams, you’re autonomous, you have excellent self-discipline and personal organization, you are client-focused, and you have good interpersonal skills. Your long experience of delivering projects could make a team within your scope or the project.

The SAP Senior consultant plays a key role on the delivery team that is accountable for meeting the scope, timeline and milestone expectations set by the client. Consultants are responsible for delivering a completed, successful project by collaborating with the client, the other members of the delivery team, and your SAP Project Manager. The SAP Solution expert could play a key role as Project Manager. Project Managers are accountable for the end-to-end quality of SAP projects delivered by the teams. As a Project Manager, you might have to lead a delivery team that may consist of technology architects, consultants, analysts, specialists, and/or third-party vendor teams (offshore).

If you are an SAPConsultant with 10-15 years of proven experience in the SAP world with a strong expertise of one SAP module, with at least a minimum of 3 Full lifecycle implementations we want you!

Experience

·Strong domain knowledge and 10-15 years delivery experience in at least one SAP module such as FI-CO, SD-LE, MM-WM

·Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team

·Must be able to provide technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other SAP and non-SAP systems

·Must have experience integrating with other SAP modules and business areas

·Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity

·Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

·Ensure projects are implemented with full adherence to agreed Project Management Methodology, and any customer project governance requirements and audit follow-up.

·Coach, mentor, train and otherwise support other PMO Team members in the fulfilment of their project support functions, where applicable.

·Monitor and manage team goals and performance, where applicable.

·Ability to work with project teams with members in multiple geographies and time zones

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·Demonstrate ability to coordinate, communicate and manage tasks with short turnaround deadlines

·Experience implementing solutions using Agile methodology is a plus

·Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

·Participation in all phases of at least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations

·Functional/technical proficiency with SAP - ECC or S/4 HANA (Success Factors, Concur, Ariba)

·Experience scoping, planning, and delivering SAP projects as a PM

·Ability to travel within the US

Employment & Educational requirement

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or another relevant field

·5 years of experience in a PM role on SAP projects in a consulting firm environment.

·Proven track record in SAP S4 HANA is a plus for this role.

·Travel for projects, corporate events, and/or other events as needed (estimated at 50%).

·SAP certification(s) highly preferred

·Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent formal certification (PMP preferred) is a plus.

·Work authorization: United States (Required) - no sponsorship.
