2 + years of investment banking (M&A preferred), corporate development or transaction advisory services experience

Monitor weekly inventory opportunities and ensure positive guest experience by maintaining OOS by item

Support field teams: Operations and Supply, Commercial Finance, Cat Dev, Customer Marketing, et al.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role

Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives

Strong knowledge of customer strategy and key levers as well as competitors

Project management and organizational skills to closely manage high-volume projects in a timely and accurate manner with high attention to detail

Experience within a top-tier management consulting firm.

Project/program management skills as you will be involved in several projects at a time that may not coincide with one another.

Proven track record of working across all levels of an organization, leveraging organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time-management skills.

Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques

Provide proactive and engaged contributions on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience

Manage a team of Business Analysts by actively coaching and mentoring direct reports on best practices and process improvements

Provide regular feedback and help to develop team members for wider roles and responsibilities

3-5 years BA / PM experience

Experience in the financial services industry preferred

Working knowledge of JIRA, confluence, and the Microsoft suite of products

Create and maintain all necessary templates or documentation needed to support the project approval process.

Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts for management.

Create, prioritize, and manage the US pipeline

Bridge knowledge from the game industry, GPT/ AI Initiatives, Analytics

4+ years of experience in commercial business development, and scaling new products, ideally with experience in a successful SaaS startup.

Proven negotiation skills with significant companies

Tech-savvy, with SDK integration knowledge from the tech POV - a plus

Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Extensive knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry with well-established relationships.

Experience managing the sales funnel and closing new business through strategic partnerships and negotiations.

Experience of working cross-functionally in a very collaborative environment.

5+ years of professional or military experience

Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Extensive knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry with well-established relationships.

Experience managing the sales funnel and closing new business through strategic partnerships and negotiations.

5+ years of professional or military experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including projects related to business growth and process improvement

Provide total brand business operations support – meeting facilitation, preparation of meeting materials and project management of meeting outcomes

Provide organizational design and change management support for large scale organizational initiatives

Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Process Design, Retail Strategy and Project Management a plus

Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to project content as well as provide project management and process improvement leadership

Support end-to-end business operating model - including product development, customer experience, marketing, supply chain efficiency and international

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Think critically when planning to assure project success
