As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the subscription acquisition funnel across marketing channels and product touchpoints to deliver the right message, with the right offer, to the right customer at the right time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the customer journey is consistent, and help customers understand how LinkedIn Premium’s experiences can help them achieve their goals. You’ll establish growth targets and socialize Marketing’s impact and ROI with our finance and business operations partners. You have demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy through to detailed execution and performance measurement.

Responsibilities


  • Set ambitious marketing channel’s financial targets and oversee full-funnel performance reporting for executives
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow the subscriber base for Premium business
  • Partner closely with product management, design, data science, and marketing to test and launch strategic, envelope-pushing initiatives that drive subscription growth. Activate data partners to test and implement new impact measurement techniques, to capture marketing’s impact.
  • Utilize understanding of target audience segments and their preferred buying experience across consideration, purchasing, and onboarding to acquire and retain subscribers
  • Influence cross-functional teams across business operations, monetization strategy, product, and marketing to unlock commercial innovation around subscriptions pricing, packaging, and positioning


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth marketing
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications


  • Growth mindset, curious, self-aware, and passionate about continuous improvement
  • Track record of successfully managing a growth program that delivered business impact and customer insights, and communicating learnings to inform business strategy
  • Strong attention to and command of detail, and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language for senior-level management and various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience operating proactively in ambiguity, self-starter who can manage through open-ended situations in a fast-paced startup environment
  • User acquisition experience
  • Great collaboration skills to connect with wide set of cross-functional teams (marketing operations, data science, product management, design); experience building new connections quickly and working together to craft a more fully realized answer

The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
