What You Will Do | Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Treasury, you will support special projects, Treasury Management System implementation, global banking, cash forecasting and management, FX, inter-company activities, and investments. This will provide you with the opportunity to play a key role within the Global Treasury Organization by leading, identifying, and creating efficiencies throughout the company's global Treasury Operations processes.

• Establish and maintain efficient Cash Management structures
• Assist in the development and management of the short-term and long-term cash forecasting process, including standardization of cash forecasting, daily cash positioning, approval, and reporting of cash disbursements in a controlled and secured process
• Perform administrator duties and ensure adequate controls are in place within all banking systems and the daily operations of worldwide treasury
• Support the preparation of the 10Q and 10K as it relates to Treasury to include: disclosures for investments, foreign exchange hedging, debt financing
• Prepare the quarterly reporting as required under financing arrangements
• Help maintain relationships with banking partners for credit facilities related to cash management, foreign currency hedging, and financing
• Manage the company's foreign exchange risk management function, which includes analyzing foreign currency exposures, hedged strategies, and executing approved strategies to minimize volatility
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all audit and SOX questions
• Application of strong project planning skills and business partnership with Accounting, FP&A, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit as a representative of the treasury team
• Support AVP of Tax and Treasury with other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For | Qualifications

• CPA and/or CTP, desired but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills
• Proven history of working in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively manage multiple priorities with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience working within a Treasury Management System, Kyriba preferred
• 8+ years of progressive Treasury experience required
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Proven project management experience
• Highly collaborative with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
• Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Ability to analyze data and identify critical opportunities for process improvement with the ability to influence/ lead appropriate actions

What We Are Looking For | Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, required
• MBA or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, desired
