Sr Analyst, Treasury Jobs

Finance Group1. Provide support for monthly debt service and other treasury related payments.
2. Support the team with the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual and ad hoc compliance requirements for the Company’s entire debt portfolio including reporting deliverables and calculations of financial covenants.
3. Support debt repurchase program including tender offers and open market repurchases; provide reconciliation to accounting.
4. Prepare monthly treasury report for management team; report includes summary of outstanding debt and credit markets, FX, liquidity, debt/equity owners, rig values, etc.
5. Support derivative transactions. Review and maintain the marked-to-market reporting.
6. Provide support and guidance on KYC tasks/compliance.
7. Perform credit reviews and financial analysis on customers/vendors.
8. Collaborate with accounting, tax and legal to ensure the proper execution, documentation and accounting of all financial and derivatives activity and review 10-K, 10-Q for accuracies.
9. Manage external notes on the IT2 treasury workstation to ensure deals are logged in the system properly and amortization amounts are correct, insurance payments are made timely.
10. Prepare routine and ad-hoc Bloomberg reports and analysis (bond prices, YTM, etc.).
11. Support the Trade Services function – issuance/cancellation of letters of credit, bank/parent company guarantees and surety bonds.
12. Support the Intercompany team on month-end close processes, monthly settlement of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
13. Support the investment team with daily investment process and time deposit booking.
14. Collaborate and support on treasury initiatives such as process and cost improvements, bank controls, and infrastructure changes.

• Provide support for quarterly debt compliance reporting – financial and non-financial covenants.
• Process corporate finance/treasury invoices for payments.
• Audit Requests – Assist with audit requests related to corporate finance and compliance, cash investments, and trade finance.
• Trade services and intercompany. Support processing applications for new letters of credits and bank guarantees, amendment, extension requests. Support tracking and maintenance of all trade finance activities. Help reconciling fee invoices as set forth in the bank reimbursement agreements, coordinating approvals with Manager and ensuring invoices are submitted to Accounts Payable group for timely processing.
• Assist with the monthly treasury report including summary of outstanding debt and credit markets, FX, liquidity, debt/equity owners, rig values. Collaborate and support treasury initiatives such as process and cost improvements, share of wallet bank distribution, FX hedging and Open Market Repurchase program.
• Investments- Entering Daily Investment trades and monitor the funds for purchases and redemptions. Support the booking and placement of time deposits.
• Provide IT2 support - implement required updates for Oracle integration/changes, upgrades.
• Internal Controls - Maintain and adhere to Treasury internal controls, ensuring adequacy and evolution of these controls in line with organizational/industry changes.
• Support the debt compliance team, ensuring timely payments of debt services for the Company’s entire debt portfolio. Ensure that changes in new issuances, buybacks, termination, tender offers in the Company’s debt portfolio are reflected correctly in IT2.

• Preferred Level: Master's Degree - MBA or MS
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree - Accountancy, Finance or Business

• Preferred Level: 7+ years of finance and/or other treasury related experience.
• Minimum Required: 5+ years of finance, treasury or accounting experience, able to read financial statements. At least 5 years of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance experience.

• Knowledge of treasury processes and practices. Knowledge of credit metrics and financial covenants. Knowledge of loan documents, bank agreements and indentures. Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - both internal and external to Company. Computer skills – Proficient with MS Word, intermediate MS Excel. Bloomberg skill is a must. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be a team player and successfully interact with other departments.
