Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The GoDaddy Treasury team is responsible for supporting and improving the strategy, product roadmap, and growth of GoDaddy’s businesses through acquisitions and strategic partnerships. We are a high-impact group situated at the nexus of product, engineering, and broader strategic efforts at GoDaddy.

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst who loves learning and has an analytical mind. As a Treasury Analyst – Capital Markets, you will be responsible for supporting the capital markets functions of the company. Responsibilities include compiling and analyzing financial information and maintaining models, reports, and presentations. You will also maintain monthly debt maintenance activities like debt interest payments, amortization schedules, and covenant compliance models.

What you'll get to do...

• Analyze and report on debt covenants, interest expense, and derivative exposure.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for SOX, audit, and internal finance teams.
• Build and maintain debt and derivative schedules in TMS.
• Backup FX analyst in all capacities including FX trading.
• Support WACC and share repurchase modeling.
• Understand GAAP requirements for the calculation of debt and equity.
• Assist with capital markets projects like issuance, refinancing & share repurchase.
• Read and understand legal documents related to debt and derivatives.
• Identify workflow improvements across processes and procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc projects across all areas of treasury operations.
• Assist in monthly debt and derivative valuation and payment activities.
• Maintain share of wallet model.
• Assist in share repurchase activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to the Accounting team in support of the monthly close process.

Your experience should include...

• Ability to work independently as well as in a growing team environment as required.
• Experience with Reval, Bloomberg & Workday Financials.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of Corporate Finance and/or Treasury-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PBA/BS in Business, Accounting or related fields.

You might also have...

• Experience in other treasury technology systems.
• Experience in automating tasks via RPA or other methods.
• MBA/CFA certification or candidacy is a plus.
