Manager the banking master data in both banking systems and the Company’s ERP (customer, vendor and Company accounts).

Oversee the region’s treasury and financial risk management activities.

Analyze and obtain regional management and parent company approval for SFC’s local funding programs, structures, and initiatives.

Ensure the SFCs’ treasury activities comply with global risk management policies and treasury guidelines.

Explore opportunities to leverage TMCC analytic platforms and capabilities for the benefit of regional SFCs.

Lead AOR Management Committee and other executive presentations on treasury matters.

Determine appropriate transfer pricing, cost structures, and P&L for treasury shared services and manage related reporting requirements.

Strong project management skills including superior organization, planning, and follow through. Candidates will manage both projects and monthly / quarterly responsibilities

Leading cross-functional M&A integration efforts, working with SMEs in areas including Capital Markets, FX, Treasury Operations, Settlement, and Risk Management

Supporting execution of capital market transactions, including bond offerings and share repurchases

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Robust understanding of core corporate finance and capital markets concepts

Advanced degree or MBA preferred. Prior treasury or capital markets experience preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.

Provide required treasury reports and reconciliations to Finance/Accounting team and external auditors as required

6-8 years of experience in treasury related activities

Manage all bank and revolver draws, paydowns, interest and unused fee

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA, CFA, or progress toward completion of credentials preferred

5-7 years of progressive experience in treasury/financial planning and analysis, preferably at a corporate level

High degree of accountability and ownership, a natural sense of curiosity and demonstrated problem solving skills

Experience with financial analysis specific to capital markets and M&A is a plus

Manage global treasury policies and ensure proper controls around cash management across all markets.

Minimum of a BA or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

Six (6) years’ prior experience in a Treasury department, preferably in a leadership position,

Experience with international companies with multi-country exposure.

8+ years of experience leading Treasury Operations, Liquidity and Cash Management functions.

Debt, derivatives, and hedge accounting management experience

Manage account controls and documentation for daily processes (Treasury’s J-SOX narrative and documentation).

Progressive managerial role in financial services, corporate treasury, or relevant industry

Broad knowledge of financial and capital markets products, including debt, derivatives, asset securitization, investments, and foreign exchange

Banks and software vendors Relations experience
