Who we’re looking for

The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Treasury Systems team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Treasury Systems Analyst.

Reporting to the Treasury Systems Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to monitor TFS’s treasury management system, Wall Street Suite (WSS), research issues, and fulfill various requests from internal customers through system configuration and testing. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and initiative, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment to assist various internal customers from accounting to treasury.

What you’ll be doing

• Research and resolve issues impacting WSS end users.
• Assist with gathering any support or documentation required for quarterly/annual audit requests.
• Assist in the daily administration, configuration, and monitoring of WSS which includes researching various issues and testing and configuring WSS to meet accounting, operational, or cash needs.
• Assist in the execution of month-end close processes.
• Build, maintain, and monitor custom reports required by various stakeholders.

What you bring

• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant work experience in a similar field and/or industry.

Added bonus if you have

• Knowledge of accounting or treasury functions.
• Treasury management system experience.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Accounting system experience.
