Treasury Operations Analyst Jobs

• Prepare borrowing/repayment request and send to bank for same day processing
• Ability to research and code receipts/disbursements to correct GL string
• Remote deposit of checks
• Process daily book transfer and ach payments using
• Create tagging rules within our treasury workstation for reoccurring receipts
• Preform daily cash position to determine borrowing needs of the company
• Preform prior day cash reconciliation using a treasury workstation, and save all supporting documentation
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and audits
• Communicate discrepancies with appropriate department for reclass adjustments, and follow-up, as necessary, to ensure smooth month-end close process

• Ability to work well with others in a structured team environment
• Basic knowledge of accounting debits and credits
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and/or treasury
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (with intermediate excel skills)
