The Treasury Analyst supports corporate Treasury functions.
What You'll Do Here:

• Manages FBAR reporting and documentation
• Provides system administration of online banking portals
• Responds to auditor requests
• Helps facilitate a limited number of wire and ACH payments and foreign currency transactions
• Completes daily cash flow forecasts to ensure appropriate global liquidity. Partners with internal teams to understand key inputs and fluctuations, including drivers of change
• Manages and maintains bank accounts, account services, signers, and controls
• Manage ad hoc projects and analysis as needed
• Leads special projects to increase efficiency, improve decision making, or reduce costs as needed
• Leads projects to enhance bank portals, bank services and other Treasury tools
• Develops and maintains key treasury controls, documentation and departmental processes. Recommends and implements process improvements.
• Supports cash concentration and positioning
• Produces reporting for Accounting, Treasury and leadership
• Identifies and assesses unusual or unauthorized transactions
• Helps manage banking relationships

What You'll Bring:

• CTP strongly preferred
• Able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs
• 5-10 years Treasury experience
• Independent, self-motivated detail oriented and highly accountable
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Experience administering online bank portal systems
• Experience identifying opportunities for process, system or other changes and successfully implementing these changes
• Bachelor’s Degree with accounting or finance concentration or equivalent experience
