We are currently seeking a 100% Remote Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Sr. Treasury Analyst – NTT DATA

Position Summary:

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will assist the leaders of Capital Markets and Global Cash Management in supporting NTT Data’s acquisition strategy, a unique opportunity to work across Treasury together with other functional groups to create economic value and develop cross-functional skills. This is a dynamic opportunity be an integral member of a Global Treasury Team that focuses on innovation/transformation while operating in a fast-paced, growth environment!

As a Sr. Treasury Analyst responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with cash forecasting for acquired companies. Communicate and coordinate any funding requirements for non-integrated companies
• Perform confirmation process for various Treasury transactions prior to settlement, and coordinate documentation for capital financing and/or risk management programs
• Support maintenance of Treasury governance structure and procedures
• Coordinate and confirm M&A closing documentation including payment details, escrow account documentation, and post-closing payment confirmations
• Assist with the opening and maintenance of escrow accounts for all M&A related activity. Coordinate any transactions with paying agents if necessary
• Assist with counterparty credit analysis, and undertake the review of client contracts for non-standard insurance requirements
• Review, confirm, and input wire payments related to Treasury transactions
• Assist with all aspects of M&A due diligence including the review of corporate and financial documents, banking structures, and insurance programs
• Coordinate post-closing banking activities including updating authorized signatories, opening and/or closing of banks accounts, and other banking requirements as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in treasury, corporate finance or banking experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy with zero defects.
• Understanding of financial markets and banking
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SAP and FIS Integrity Treasury Management System, Bank Platforms (Bank of America, JP Morgan, Citibank)
