The Treasury Wires Analyst ll, will be responsible for financial planning and analysis to forecast budgets and financial status. Researches economic trends and investment opportunities. Determine procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

What you'll do:

• Create and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Access and Excel, for internal and external use.
• Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and/or process bank transfer requests, including wire, book transfer and account transfers.
• Prepare and/or process request to open and close back accounts.
• Process stop payment requests and other check related research.
• Assist in the management of access to bank websites.

What you'll need:

• 1-2 years of Treasury, Finance, and Accounting experience preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Need to be near either our Plano, TX or Aliso Viejo, CA offices.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced Excel and Access database skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred.
