Senior Project Manager

Global Project Adaptation and US Initiatives

• Brief US Artistic Direction teams on briefs, create timelines, and foster creativity to elevate brand image.
• Cross-compare the creation by Global AD with the needs of the US market and work with the business divisions to finalize the creative strategy.
• Carry out design, creation-writing, oversee QA process and final deliverables.
• Ensure US brief has been completed accurately by media, marketing, boutique and digital team and that documentation and project request information is submitted.
• Partner closely with US business teams to understand their key launches, hero products and KPIs annually.
• Partner closely with Global Digital, US Digital, and Global AD to further enhance user experience, brand identity, and reach on chanel.com.
• Lead Project Review meetings with the different players from the US Marketing and business divisions.
• Ensure that any brief - or modification / extension provided by the Divisions is consistent with the objectives of Global/Local AD, planned in a timely manner, circulated in advance for possible discussion and integrated into workflows.
• Exchange with Global Creative Ops to understand the objectives and strategy of each campaign.
• Proactively keep all teams informed of conflicts, delays, or any other unusual situations, obtaining deadline extensions when necessary
• Lead for global deployment of P1, P2, and P3 campaigns and initiatives.
• Guide the creative team by prioritizing workloads and assign creative work to teams
• Communicate with Global AD to confirm delivery of the AD Book, digital orchestration, assets, layouts and copy on time.

US Digital projects

• Manage all the e-retail projects for WFJ and F&B
• Run & Build projects for Chanel.com (included US New & Now, Evergreen asset, WFJ click and collect)
• Help revamping the PDP copy for e-retail.

Project Management

• Implement global ways of working processes in the US where needed.
• Enforce adherence to work-flow processes and deadlines.
• Carry out retrospectives to analyze and allow constant improvement of our processes.
• Expert in ensure quality and consistency of processes and protocols within the department and business (project management, trafficking, staffing, internal/external communication).

Relationship with Global AD

• Share US calendar, US specific market needs, and campaign adaptation overviews regularly.
• Partner to create worldwide processes and facilitate workshops with all regions.
• Hold monthly meetings with Global AD Creative Ops to gather project information, establish synchronization of creative processes and ensure timely delivery for US deadlines.
• Main point of contact with Global AD Creative Ops, Digital, Beauty Program, Architecture, and Print to ensure worldwide creative synergy.

Skills

• 8 years of experience in digital agency or in house, on international 360 ° projects
• Exceptional organization and your analytical abilities
• Experience with both online/web and print. Experience using a project management tool, is a plus.
• Must be able to manage many competing projects at once and handle stressful situations.
• Must have ability to prioritize projects and deadlines, have adept project management skills, attention to detail and organized.
• Self-motivated, diplomatic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills & social fluency. Autonomous, curious, and rigorous
• Expertise in digital project management and are passionate about digital, retail and its uses.
• Hands on experience in Adobe creative suite, Azure, Brightcove, Figma, Smartsheet, and Microsoft office

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 through $135,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
