Project Management, Client Acquisition - Senior Analyst

Daily tasks:

● Lead and coordinate with other internal areas all matters relating to the creation of an ecosystem such that sales teams can focus on building relationships through the negotiation of optimal processes.

● Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance & Risk departments the governing, administration and updating of our onboarding pipeline.

● Promote the necessary creation, modifications and adjustments in onboarding guidelines for sales.

● Work jointly with FO and BO to improve communication between teams, orchestrate the analysis of common operational errors, promote the establishment of process manuals and troubleshoot information throughout the workflow.

● Identify and capture cross-sell opportunities and new clients to expand our franchise. Establish a data-driven process to identify uncovered clients, use data about a client’s industry, our competitors, and define and execute a commercial strategy to approach and onboard them.

● Work together with Business Intelligence for the successful implementation and use by sales teams of the CRM system.

What are we looking for?

Academic Degree:

● Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics

● Master's degree valuable.

Previous Experience:

● Consultancy or buy/sell side of financial derivatives.

Qualifications and technical knowledge:

● Knowledge of project management and workflow establishment.

● Basic knowledge of financial market products.

● Advanced user of Excel or visual analytics platforms (Microstrategy/Tableau/Domo).

● Basic Python programming skills appreciated.

Languages:

● English

● Spanish is a plus

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $110,000-$115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
