Role Overview
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and directing strategic and high-priority IS&T projects. Your expertise will be critical in utilizing our established Agile-based Project Methodology and PMBOK Standards to ensure seamless project execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and manage project plans, minimizing costs and implementation risks.
Communicate effectively with the project team and IS&T management, keeping everyone informed about project status and potential challenges.
Collaborate with technical staff, business units, and IS&T support areas to set realistic timeframes and expectations.
Foster a positive partnership with the user community and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead, coach, and mentor project managers, empowering them to achieve their best.
Anticipate and secure the resources needed to achieve project goals and objectives.
Engage with stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships with internal, external, and third-party partners.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 7 years in a project management role.
Proven experience in IT project management, with proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile Methodologies; Scrum Certification highly preferred.
PMP Certification highly preferred.
