About the Team
The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs legal team manages and oversees privacy and regulatory matters and initiatives pertaining to TikTok's global operations. The team works cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in the US and around the world. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills will play an impactful role in tackling some of the most complex, interesting, and cutting-edge issues at the intersection of privacy and technology. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex privacy projects on a global scale, including privacy policies and regulatory matters, working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans
- Grasp relevant privacy issues and concepts to establish an appropriate approach and framework for each project
- Assist with fact finding and Gather, review, organize, and synthesize information and documents
- Develop standardized processes, scalable solutions, and information libraries, leveraging and optimizing technology and resources
- Organize and conduct meetings, create and present analysis and reports
- Provide operational and administrative support for the team, including calendaring, creating agendas and notetaking, and preparing presentations and training materials
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3+ years work experience, 5+ years at a law firm or large corporate setting preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
- Privacy experience preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $84000 - $137778 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
