Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Information Technology, you will be responsible for leading a team toward successful global initiatives. As a transformational servant leader, you will act as a key enabler for people, team, solution, and execution, driving alignment with Agile best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Influencing people and organizations associated with the Consumer portfolio to continue to invest and mature Agile adoption by utilizing data and feedback mechanisms to demonstrate incremental improvements in predictability, scalability, quality, stability, reliability, and reduction of risk.
- Establishing work patterns that enable teams to maintain a constant pace, growing the team to meet portfolio demand through fast and effective hiring and retention practices.
- Managing a team responsible for software delivery and execution of consumer initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
- Understanding Frontier's strategic vision and customer needs to create a strategic organizational structure and perform capacity planning to meet immediate or long-term needs, identifying and communicating solution or resource risks or issues, partnering with appropriate parties to drive possible mitigations, and meeting or exceeding financial or operational targets.
- Leading Frontier's transformation journey through partnerships, collaboration, and empowerment, driving solutions and execution of incremental improvements while mentoring for long-term accountability and ownership.
- Evolving the definition of roles and responsibilities to align with Agile best practices, implementation growth pathways, providing inspiration, training, coaching, mentoring, and empowerment to increase effectiveness, scalability, and throughput.
- Advocating and empowering teams to adopt Agile practices that drive innovation and use data to make decisions that drive continuous improvements in predictability, quality, overall delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team environment that adapts to changes and drives team progression towards a self-actualized, high-performing, global team.
- Influencing other portfolios and organizations across Frontier to align with implemented Agile practices by showcasing the accomplishments and successes of Consumers.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, communication, mathematical, and organizational skills are a must.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience as a people manager or leader in Agile delivery roles such as Solution or Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent.
- Self-motivated, flexible, enjoy working as part of a team, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, diverse responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or certifications related to software development or technical leadership in a scaled agile environment.
- Preferred telecommunications experience
