Job Description

CA-Garden Grove

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the Loan Officer recruiting efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a network and connection with recruiters, managing all marketing and operation plans relating to the Loan Officer recruiting efforts. Our target is to successfully onboard 1,000 Loan Officers by the end of 2023.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior management team to establish recruitment goals and strategies.
  • Build relationship and recruit Realtors and Insurance Agents to become Loan officers.
  • Manage all operations and marketing plans relating to the Loan Officer recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract Loan Officers and build our company's brand awareness.
  • Analyze recruitment data and make recommendations to improve recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters to source potential Loan Officers.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and network with recruiters and potential candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with marketing and recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to lead and manage a recruiting team.
  • Understanding of state and federal regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Benefits (after 2 months of probation period): -401K -Health Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vision Insurance -Bonus based on performance
  • Based Pay: $80,000++/year + bonus
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am- 6:00 PM)
  • Job type: Full-time
