Job Description
PermaBilt Industries has been providing high-quality, custom-built pole buildings to clients in the Pacific Northwest since 1973. Our commitment to excellence in design, engineering, and construction has earned us a reputation as one of the leading steel building companies in the region. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow our business.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet or exceed their sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive growth and increase revenue. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
  • Provide training and support to help sales team achieve their targets
  • Manage outside sales team consisting of 6 individuals
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets
  • Manage inside sales team consisting of 3-4 individuals
  • Manage marketing and product development to ensure that our products meet customer needs


Preferred


Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field


Requirements


  • Willingness to travel in western Washington as needed to meet with customers and building representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
