College degree required with Supply Chain management and/or logistics/transportation experience

Five years of fleet management and routing experience highly preferred

Strong organization and project management skills

Assist in organizing and developing Krispy Kreme fleet management operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal

Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with vehicles at a 10K or less GVWR

1+ years of professional experience in data analytics

Experience in a fast-paced startup preferred

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Experience with SQL and Looker (or other analytics and dashboarding solutions)

Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.

Assist the Tesla field teams with inquiries through our internal case management system

Support the growth and development of a high-performing team of program and deployment managers.

Agile Product Owner or HCD Certifications a plus!

Provide advice, recommendations, and/or specific functional support necessary for the continuity of operations during a declared emergency.

Carry or wear their official District government ID card during the period of the declared emergency, if not teleworking.

Pay Plan, Series and Grade

Recommend enhancements to current procedures and develop new methods to streamline the overall ordering process.

Oversee any issues relating to vehicle ordering for fleet partners and ensure quick resolutions.

Support updating fleet vehicles with all customer information (i.e. Corporate Account Number), ship-to locations, assignments, on hold, off hold request, etc.

Create and distribute order/production/delivery reports to external stakeholders (i.e. customers, business partners, and dealers) and internal stakeholders.

Review and process fleet MSS inquiries and appeals. Ensure that all required documentation is secured, prior to submitting for payment.

Create Make Ready requests, Special Moves requests, and other ad hoc requests as needed

Analyze existing telecommunications infrastructure and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions that meet business requirements.

Defines, designs and develops system requirements

ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, may be obtained within 120 days after hire.

Proven project management and organization skills

Knowledge of common system analysis or fault tree analysis strategies

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

3 years experience in a business, engineering or data driven role

Airline experience or operations experience in a similar industry
