The candidate will have a track record of successful analyst relations management within the outsourcing industry. They should be comfortable proactively running initiatives and managing AR events that build and maintain relationships with strategically tiered analysts. The candidate will also be expected to manage incoming requests from analysts and WNS leadership. This person will be the feet on the ground as a global AR professional, as such this is a highly visible role. The candidate must be able to think strategically, identify opportunities, be naturally detail oriented, comfortable communicating with senior leadership, and be able to sort through ambiguity. This individual will play a critical role in continuing to build on WNS’ brand and shape perception, while also advising the business on strategic initiatives, with this in mind the key responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise senior leadership on market trends and analyst perception of WNS to help drive sales and marketing efforts
• Track balance of analyst contracts to ensure maximum usage
• Manage analyst RFI submissions, fact checks, customer references, briefings, thought leadership, and any other analyst-related content creation
• Track and report activities, achievements, report mentions, etc. on a recuring basis
• Support annual Influencer/Analyst Days from planning to execution and follow up
• Be involved in the development of the quarterly analyst newsletter
• Facilitate opportunities for WNS leadership to deepen and broaden relationships with analysts
• Develop and manage various AR plans
• Prepare spokespeople for analyst interactions
• Collaborate with fellow marketing partners to ensure an integrated program for assigned business units

Qualifications

• Team player with a collaborative work style
• Time management skills
• Can work independently, managing multiple projects in parallel with minimal supervision
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Engineering required
• 10yrs+ in marketing with coverage of analyst/advisor relations, preferably in outsourcing
• Have existing analyst relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Familiar with ARInsights platform, ARchitect, and reporting metrics within the system
• Followed by postgraduate in Management or Marketing
