Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience leading teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • 2 years of experience with people management and organization.
  • 8 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and leading data driven processes with multiple stakeholders across multiple regions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with people leadership.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and business plans, and delivering on measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent strategy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead with inclusion and curiosity.
  • Ability to grow in a fast-paced and changing environment, comfort with ambiguity, and confidence when facing uncertainty.
  • Experience navigating partner organizational structures, developing scaled programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.

As a Partner Experience Manager, you will have a healthy obsession with partner experience and a desire to help us exceed our partners’ expectations by striving to solve problems at the root. You are at the forefront of Adtech trends and challenges, constantly ideating on new ways to provide a seamless experience for our partners. You lead with accountability and a commitment to development, and can execute against our business objectives while developing, growing, and maximizing the talents of your team members.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000-$241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of understanding and improving the partner experience for millions of web publishers and app developers globally, leading with inclusion and mindful of evolving partner and business needs.
  • Manage staffing needs and oversee hiring and onboarding; help to shape the professional development program for each team member, provide regular performance feedback and opportunities to leverage strengths.
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships (Trust and Safety, Legal, UX, etc.) while building trust and rapport with varied teams.
  • Support the team’s efforts to work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed for partners including interactions with sales, engineering, and product management.
  • Sustain the team’s clarity and focus by setting a clear direction, putting accountability measures in place, and by prioritizing where the team invests resources and efforts.
