The Commercial Enablement leader is responsible for global coordination and delivery of the tactical operating plan across Commerce Innovation key initiatives in Marketing organization.
Primary to this role is partnering with cross-functional leaders across Regional GMs, Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Sales and Analytics to ensure successful adoption, performance, and scale of funded initiatives. This leader will heavily rely on data, market research and user feedback to identify the growing needs of the business and help define, coordinate, prioritize, and deliver initiatives to address those needs. This leader will need to support and hold internal and external business partners accountable to driving results across key business targets, ensuring the initiative is directly aligned to the strategic pillars of the organization and delivering against the aligned and committed OKRs.
The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical and communication skills as well as the desire and ability to drive projects forward by influencing cross-functional leaders.
Role Responsibilities
  • Drive non-software key initiatives and/or experiences which are critical to improving topline growth yet lacking ownership (Avatar, Kiosk, Hubs, etc.). Requires mapping the entire product customer journey to identify any gaps
  • Drive global strategic initiatives implementation within CMO org through managing and delivering funded programs with respective business partners; essentially, working cross-functionally with our business partners to ensure proper execution of initiatives
  • Accountability for all business lever metrics to support top line revenue, profitability & customer experience.
  • Help define and monitor key org performance metrics & translate into actionable plans to drive performance.
  • Use data to build insights about business performance across initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to continuously assess components of the strategy-based pilot performance, and operational discoveries – provide input and recommendations to ensure proper decisioning to shift or scale, including resource allocation recommendations, and operational requirements to execute
  • Maintain a pulse on overall health of the business, or “State of the Union” on regular basis identifying insights, opportunities, and risks – supporting that weekly update on performance to leadership.
Role Requirements
  • Master's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline
  • 5+ years of people management experience in geographically dispersed team
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, product or program management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex projects across cross-functional, distributed teams and multiple client groups
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-do – vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple workstreams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation of concepts with collateral (slides, white papers, and documents) with a clear storyline and narrative

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $203,385 - $338,975 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
