Program Senior Group Manager Jobs

Five (5) years of relevant Engineering or Program Management leadership experience may be substituted for the degree

Must possess senior level Program Management skills relating to task, schedule and people

Assisting in defining ALRE requirements and associated support strategies for new and modified weapon systems

Supporting Logistics Managers (LM) in the preparation of input to acquisition schedules

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing complex multi-disciplined programs

Experience managing organizations working on Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs, Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), or programs of comparable size and complexity

Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.

Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Manages group or interpersonal conflicts effectively.

Minimum two years hotel experience is highly preferred (or related hospitality industry)

Marriott hotel and CI/TY Sales System experience is preferred

Luxury hotel experience is preferred

·A four-year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or related degree or equivalent experience.

Special Qualifications, Education, or Licenses:

Prior hotel experience in hospitality sales, conference planning or convention skills preferred.

·Performs other duties as requested by management.

·Three or more years of group hotel sales-related experience.

·Develops/maintains knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers.

Followed by postgraduate in Management or Marketing

Develop and manage various AR plans

Manage analyst RFI submissions, fact checks, customer references, briefings, thought leadership, and any other analyst-related content creation

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail

Track and report activities, achievements, report mentions, etc. on a recuring basis

Be involved in the development of the quarterly analyst newsletter

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

Ability to synthesize varying data points and points of view to higher management

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or a related function

Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry

Acts as the single point of contact for Engineering Groups for operational support from the Spares Supply Chain

Drives business reviews with select Engineering Groups to review operational performance, roadmaps, and mutual areas of help needed

Able to work remote from home office in the United States;

Strong and effective interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills;

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set;

This is a remote, work-from-home position based in the United States #LI-Remote.

Generates awareness for the three resorts through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups.

A high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information of the two properties;

Senior Group Manager, Genesis Carflow & Distribution

~ Manage all activities of port operations to ensure vehicles are expediently shipped.

~ Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

~ Extensive knowledge of automotive retail operations including sales analysis, forecasting, and vehicle distribution.

~ Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Must have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.

Must have selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).

At least 8 years credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking.

Highly proficient analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills.

Experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio with a great deal of complexity.

Ability to partner with all deal stakeholders including clients, relationship manager and credit teams.

Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy

• Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.

Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data

• Develops and manages short and long term group and catering strategy for the property.

• Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

• Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
