Job Description

As the Sr. Employee Relations Manager, you will be a key member of the Lytx Human Capital Team who is focused on making the Company a better place for all our employees! You will be responsible for architecting policies and practices that enable us to successfully navigate complex employee situations.
You will work to build positive relationships with employees and people leaders, to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and people leader capability. If this role is exciting to you, we encourage you to apply!
You'll Get To:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues through a logical and systemic approach. Conduct investigations, as necessary
  • Serve as subject matter authority and provide guidance to people and teams across the business on a global scale to ensure employment matters are optimally managed and the appropriate policies and practices are in place to facilitate consistency, fairness, and objectivity
  • Rely on your internal network to bring together a collaborative group of people when needed to understand and solve challenging and complex issues as they arise
  • Be a champion and help promote org-wide initiatives aimed and creating an environment that champions productivity and promotes well-being at work and enhances people leader capabilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for compliance, EEOC, leave, immigration and any other concerns or challenges that arise
  • Work with the Human Capital Partner team on the execution of organizational changes
  • Contribute to policies and programs that create an ideal, productive, fair, and inclusive environment for all Lytx employees to thrive in
  • Make a difference within the organization by being a dedicated employee advocate and helping our employees to succeed
  • Be approachable and responsive to our employees’ needs and build trust with employees at all levels and become a valuable resource to them
  • Provide innovative solutions and process improvement to proactively improve the working environment and employee relations throughout Lytx
  • Collect and review data to understand trends and create and launch programs to address systemic issues aimed at creating a productive and healthy working environment for all
  • Build and implement plans to improve employee satisfaction, productivity and reduce turnover
  • Act as an unbiased consultant to understand complicated situations and drive to outcomes that are fair and balanced.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Coach people leaders, always looking to build their capability in relative areas
What You'll Need:
  • Experience using data to understand employee trends and an ability to create solutions to address
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with employees in all levels of the organization
  • A solid understanding of labor and employment law and employee relations
  • Ability to create and launch effective programs
  • Strong emotional intelligence in all situations
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role and Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources management, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience required
  • Natural problem-solving ability to improve situations for employees and conflict resolution skills

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$119,625.00 - $150,875.00
