Job Title: Assistant Manager Employee Relations
Division: Corporate

Reports To: Director, Employee Relations

What You Will Do:
Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring department is delivering customer service excellence to Human Resources, Payroll professionals and employee by maintaining a best-in-class service approach.
Additional Responsibilities:

- Manage case workload as part of team including case resolution, partnership with HR Community, collaboration with COE or Counsel as necessary
- Employee Relations related cases, received via calls, emails, or self-service cases created
- Adherence to Case Mgmt. Operating Procedures and Policy Guidelines
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners, People Managers and People Services peers
- Adherence to Case Mgmt. Operating Procedures and Policy Guidelines
- Manage case workload as part of team including case resolution, partnership with HR Community, collaboration with COE or Counsel as necessary
- Employee Relations related cases, received via calls, emails, or self-service cases created
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners, People Managers and People Services peers
- Collaborate on the case details and support required to resolve complex employee relations issues and calls
- Responsible for achievement of key metrics for this team as it relates to:
o Contact Center intake, responsiveness, quality and accuracy of case handling procedures
o Data quality as it relates to transactional updates or case notes
- Employee Relations Cases May Include Issues Involving ( not inclusive):
o Employee Investigations-standard/noncomplex
o Accommodation Process & Requests
o Performance Management Expertise Templates, Process Ownership–Warning letters, PIP templates, etc.
o Investigation Process & Template Expertise & Ownership
o Employee Investigations-standard/noncomplex
o Accommodation Process & Requests
o Performance Management Expertise Templates, Process Ownership–Warning letters, PIP templates, etc.
o Investigation Process & Template Expertise & Ownership
o Labor Relations
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.), SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow or other similar systems
- Bachelors Degree,
- List Physical requirements of the role (i.e. sitting, standing, twisting, bending, physical in-office presence)
- Job Specific Experience/Skills including negotiations, prior coaching, labor relations
- Years of Experience 2+ in HR environment or contact center with HR support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degrees
- Relevant Industry Certifications, SHRM, PHR or other relevant
- Experience with Employee Relations, Sensitive HR Case Handling,
