The Employee Relations Specialist II is an essential part of the development and administration of FPI's Employee Relations Program - assisting management in negotiating the intricacies of Human Capital Management and advocating for employees, as appropriate.
POSITION DETAILS
- Annual Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Bilingual Spanish, preferred.
- 3+ years’ verifiable experience in a similar Human Resources/Employee Relations role. Experience in Residential Property Management, preferred.
- Position is telecommuting approved in the following States: AK, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, LA, MT, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, WA, VA. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability and set-up to have a space dedicated to work in the home and to efficiently and ergonomically perform their essential job duties, and must be able to abide by FPI's Telecommuting policies.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, email, internet, etc.).
