Description of the Role:
Senior Director, Customer Success is responsible for leading the partnership with a Emerging Global customers. This role leads all aspects of the business, from engagement with cross-functional teams to partnering with key stakeholders across each of the accounts. Senior Director, Customer Success also manages the P&L for their accounts. Finally, this role will also be responsible for building a Customer Success team to meet the needs of the growing account base.
Preferred Skills
Client Partnership:
· At least 10+ years’ experience managing relationships for one or multiple Fortune 500 clients.
· At least 5+ years’ managing a Global customer
· Proven ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with key client stakeholders.
Commercial Mindset:
· At least 10+ years’ experience with top line revenue responsibility &/or influencing for one or multiple clients.
· Proven business development skills, seeking out and closing business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
· Strategic thinking to navigate complex deals and successfully roadmap multi-year horizons with clients.
Leadership:
· Demonstrated leadership within or outside a work setting. You should be someone who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground.
· Build and lead global teams to engage with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging decision sciences and analytics
· Strong background in coaching & developing future talent
· Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
· Strong Emotional Intelligence.
Industry Expertise:
· At least 8+ years’ experience in either Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry.
· Proven ability to understand a Healthcare/Pharma client’s industry domain and context to develop points of view and thought leadership.
Domain Expertise:
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the analytics, machine learning, information technology or consulting space.
· Competency and interest in data sciences and data engineering
· Understanding of major analytical technologies such as Python, Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake
Other Requirements:
· Flexibility to travel as needed.
