Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess current and future hiring needs
• Design and implement strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for Business and Engineering teams
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, providing effective oversight
• Generate and present weekly reports and dashboards on recruitment activity

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience leading a Talent team
• Proficient in candidate sourcing for both technical and business environments
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as Engineering and Product
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
• Knowledgeable in utilizing Lever for seamless recruitment operations
